Refer a Broker to Join CMBA-BC!
When you refer a new broker, everyone wins.
- You earn a $50 credit toward your 2026 Conference & Trade Show Pass (April 13-14, 2026).
- Your colleague gains access to full member benefits and is entered into a draw for a free 2026 Conference & Trade Show Pass.
- Together, we strengthen the voice of mortgage brokers in BC!
Eligibility
- A “new broker” is defined as an individual who has not held CMBA-BC membership within the past 24 months.
- Referring members must be in good standing with CMBA-BC at the time of referral and at the time the reward is issued.
Referral Process
- To qualify for a reward, the referred broker must activate their CMBA-BC membership within 60 days of the referral submission.
- Referrals must be submitted through the designated online form or official communication channel provided by CMBA-BC.
- Credits are issued once the referred broker has joined CMBA-BC and paid their membership fee. Multiple referrals are welcome. Credits may be stacked toward your 2026 Conference pass.
Reward Redemption
- Credits and rewards earned through this program are non-transferable and must be used by the referring member.
- Credits may be applied toward eligible CMBA-BC events or courses, as specified by CMBA-BC. The maximum total reward value that may be redeemed per member per calendar year is limited to the cost of the 2026 Conference & Trade Show pass.
Draw Conditions
- Two free Conference and Trade Show passes will be awarded via draw. The first draw will take place in December 2025 and the second in March 2026.
- Winners will be notified by email and announced via CMBA-BC communications.
- Prizes are non-transferable.
Credit Stacking
- Credits cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
Program Changes & Disputes
- CMBA-BC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bring a Broker program at any time, with or without prior notice.
- All eligibility determinations, reward allocations, and dispute resolutions will be made at the sole discretion of CMBA-BC staff and are considered final.
